01 · Awareness
Describe one real situation in four sentences. Mark each sentence as seen or assumed.
02 · Define
Write one sentence: the issue is…, and done looks like….
03 · Devise
Write three steps, who does each one, and the first time you will do step one.
04 · Validate
List two facts you already have and one check you can run this week.
05 · Act Upon
Record the action you will take, the day, and how you will know it happened.
06 · Learn
Write what you did, what happened, and one thing you would repeat or change.
07 · Understand
Finish this sentence: the pattern I can see now is…

Write the one change you will use the next time you run the loop.
