Mission and Vision
The mission is to elevate collective consciousness. The vision is a world where individuals, families, communities, and institutions live consciously, serve purposefully, create responsibly, and add value to humanity.
Values
Truth, dignity, service, wisdom, integrity, accountability, compassion, responsible creation, clean wealth, and daily value-adding action.
The ADD VALUE Framework
Awareness, Define, Devise, Validate, Act Upon, Learn, Understand, and Evolve serve as the foundation transformation model.
Governance
Trustees and appointed leaders steward the mission, protect the culture, maintain accountability, and make decisions in alignment with the constitution.
Membership
Members and supporters are known as Value Adders and are invited to practice conscious living, truthful speech, purposeful service, responsible creation, and community belonging.
Programs
Programs may include teachings, fellowships, retreats, youth empowerment, leadership, AI literacy, mentorship, clean wealth education, community circles, and humanitarian initiatives.
Finance and Accountability
Funds, donations, grants, sponsorships, and support must be stewarded transparently, ethically, and in service of the mission.
Technology and AI Ethics
Technology must serve human dignity, consent, privacy, transparency, bias awareness, human oversight, and service over extraction.
Safeguarding
The foundation must protect children, vulnerable people, members, volunteers, staff, and communities from harm, exploitation, manipulation, and abuse.
Amendments
Amendments should be made carefully through trustee review, documented approval, and alignment with the foundation mission.
Dissolution
If dissolution is required, remaining assets should be distributed lawfully and ethically to aligned charitable or educational purposes.
