Terms of service and sale

These terms govern the public AddValue.ai platform, AI tools, events, digital resources, consultations, donations, and purchases sold by Value Adders World unless a checkout or program identifies another contracting entity. Consumers retain all mandatory rights available under applicable law.

The checkout shows the product or service, total price, applicable VAT, currency, and any delivery charge before payment. Stripe or Shopify processes payment details under its own terms. An automated receipt confirms that payment was received; acceptance, availability, delivery timing, and any conditions stated at checkout still apply.

Eligible consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions and rules for services already started, dated leisure activities, sealed goods, and digital content supplied with the required consent. Use the cancellation route to record a request. We will confirm receipt and assess it under the law and the information shown at purchase. This route supplements the model withdrawal form and any Shopify return process.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Physical products must conform to the contract and carry the statutory protections applicable to consumers. Commercial warranty language never replaces statutory conformity rights. Return instructions and the return address are provided for the relevant order. Contact support before sending a product so it can be identified and handled correctly.

The Living Console and identified platform features use artificial intelligence. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and require human judgment. They provide reflection, education, creation, and product navigation. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professionals. You remain responsible for deciding how to use an output and for respecting intellectual-property, privacy, recording, and other third-party rights.

Product concepts, target capabilities, images, and roadmap integrations may change before a verified commercial launch. European sales and shipping remain gated by the applicable conformity documentation, production-sample verification, battery transport evidence, labelling, and producer-responsibility setup. A public feature claim does not override the final product specification supplied with an accepted order.

Events, breathwork, spiritual-development practices, affirmations, ancestral reflections, and cultural experiences are educational and reflective. Participate within your comfort level and follow safety instructions. Dated event cancellation rights can differ from ordinary distance purchases; the event listing or confirmation explains the applicable policy.

Do not use the platform to break the law, harm another person, evade safeguards, infringe rights, upload material without authority, access restricted systems, distribute malware, or interfere with reliable operation. We may limit access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, each party remains responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach. Dutch law applies. Consumers may rely on mandatory protections and competent courts available in their country of residence.
