Value Adders World is the controller for personal data processed through AddValue.ai unless a specific program notice says otherwise. Where an official social-impact program is operated by Value Adders Foundation for Social Impact and Empowerment, that entity will be identified in the relevant form or program notice.

• Identity and contactName, email, phone, city, country, account profile, and communication preferences.
• Your contentMessages, reflections, assessments, affirmations, applications, event responses, support requests, and material you choose to upload.
• AI interactionsPrompts, conversation context, uploaded documents or images, voice transcripts, generated outputs, safety signals, and feedback.
• TransactionsProduct, booking, donation, payment status, currency, and transaction reference. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
• Technical and usage dataIP-derived region, browser and device information, referral and campaign data, pages served, feature events, security logs, and consent choices.

AddValue.ai uses artificial intelligence to provide reflection, education, content, image generation, product guidance, and operational support. You are informed when you are interacting with AI. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed with judgment. We do not use the platform to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

In the public Living Console, prompt text, recent conversation context, and selected uploads are transmitted to the configured AI provider for the requested response. AddValue.ai does not currently retain that public conversation text or uploaded file as account history. We retain limited operational metadata, including a session and response identifier, selected model, latency, attachment count, source labels, safety or error state, and optional usefulness feedback. AI providers may retain request data for abuse monitoring under their own data-control terms.

Spiritual practices, prayer, ancestral wisdom, breathwork, affirmations, and cowrie symbolism are offered for reflection and personal development. They do not replace medical, mental-health, legal, or financial care. Avoid uploading confidential records, payment-card data, government identifiers, or information you do not want processed by an AI service.

We use carefully selected providers to host and operate the platform, deliver AI, process transactions, send communications, manage bookings, and measure performance. These may include Netlify, Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Shopify, Cal.com, Google Analytics when you consent to analytics, email delivery providers, and Meta when you consent to marketing technology. Each provider processes data under its own contractual and legal responsibilities.

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with proportionate safeguards.

We keep personal data only for the purpose collected, required legal periods, and the time reasonably needed to resolve disputes or protect the platform. Typical periods are: AI and support history up to 12 months after last activity; enquiries, event interest, and applications up to 24 months; security logs up to 90 days unless an incident requires longer retention; and financial records for the legally required accounting period. Account data is retained while the account is active and removed or anonymised after a valid deletion request, subject to legal exceptions and backup cycles.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Direct marketing can always be stopped through its unsubscribe link.

Send requests to support@addvalue.ai. We may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted server credentials, monitoring, rate limits, backups, and supplier safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system is risk-free. If you believe your information is at risk, contact us promptly.

AddValue.ai is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them without valid parental or guardian authorisation. We may update this policy when the platform or law changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the site and the effective date will be updated.
