Conscious Circle Amsterdam

Hello everyone,

Welcome to the first Conscious Circle event in Amsterdam, an intentional evening of breathwork, meaningful conversation, and spiritual development.

In this session, I will guide a tailor-made 10-minute ADDVALUE breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with your inner self. This will be followed by a 20+ minute conscious conversation, where we reflect, share, and explore themes around healing, purpose, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.

We will then move into a revelation cowrie energy session, inspired by an ancient Igbo spiritual practice used to connect with nature, insight, and deeper awareness. This part of the gathering is offered as a reflective and healing experience, calling for presence, and connection.

This event is for you if you are seeking a thoughtful space for inner growth, conscious living, and meaningful human connection.
